Schritte international 5

Target group: adult and young adult learners (16+) throughout the world at elementary level (A1–B1)

Content: Following the huge success of our new elementary course Schritte, an international edition for all German learners worldwide has been published. Each lesson begins with an entertaining photo-story based on interesting topics, amusing stories and cultural background information. “Interludes” encourage learners to have fun with listening and reading texts that deal with interculturally relevant points of interest.

Schritte international 5 leads up to level B1/2.

Volumes 5 and 6 jointly lead to Level B1 of the Common European Framework of References and specifically prepare for the Zertifikat Deutsch exam. Volume 6 contains repetitive exercises and a sample test for Zertifikat Deutsch.

The coursebook with integrated workbook also contains an audio CD for the workbook section, so that students can also work independently on listening comprehension and phonetics. The CD also contains interactive repetitive exercises for the PC for all lessons.

In Volumes 5 and 6, new protagonists appear in the photo audio story, presenting everyday and work-specific topics such as health, entertainment, house and job searches in a lively fashion.
