Lagune 3

Target group: adults and young adults (16+) throughout the world at elementary level (A1–B1)

Content: Lagune is the latest course written by the successful authors’ team responsible for Themen and Delfin.
It prepares learners systematically for “survival” in everyday German. Its structure is clear and easy to use and its content full of interesting surprises. Success is guaranteed through the use of standard methodology and a systematic grammar approach. The course is divided into groups of interrelated topics that focus on the basic skills of reading, listening, speaking and writing.

Each unit ends with information on cultural background, confirmation of the relevant Can-do-statements and a final page that in an amusing and ironic way recaps on the newly acquired language items.

Lagune 3 leads up to the level B1 and prepares students for the corresponding exam.

The workbook provides an extensive range of exercises in an attractive four-colour layout. At the end of each lesson, there is a grammar overview and a vocabulary list. The „Can Do“ section is a self-evaluation tool for students to test their own progress.
